Pre Bid Conference: NON-MANDATORY ATTENDANCE AT PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The City will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid conference to review Bidding processes and Project Labor Agreement (PLA) program requirements at 10:00am on September 17, 2025. Bulletin Desc: The scope of work involves the installation of left-turn phasing for six (6) signalized intersections at various locations throughout the City of Long Beach. The work includes the removal of existing traffic signal poles and foundations, the installation of new traffic signal poles and foundations, the addition of supplementary signal heads, the removal of existing striping and pavement markings, and the installation of new striping and pavement markings. Bids are required for the entire work.
