Description: Invitation for Bid #25052 HVAC Renovations to Advanced Machine Shop The City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #25052, for the HVAC Renovations to Advanced Machine Shop at the High School. DCAMM Certified General Contractors are sought for the following category: “General Construction”. DCAMM Certified Subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: HVAC & Electrical. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Sub Bids will be due and opened electronically on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 11:00 AM and General Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., Nov. 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma . Bids will be available on Oct. 9, 2024 at bidnet direct.
