You are hereby invited to submit bid proposals for one or more of the Bid Packages listed below for the

Tally Sepot Memorial at Branford High School.

Bid Package #1001-26 – Tally Sepot Memorial at Branford High School

The following are targeted Schedule of Milestones dates for all work outlined in the Contract

Documents.

Documents availability:

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:

November 11, 2025

December 3, 2025 @ 11am

Bid Submission Deadline: December 17, 2025 @ 11am

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at the Tennis Courts at Branford High School, 185 East

Main Street, Branford, CT on Wednesday December 3, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m. In the event of adverse

weather conditions, the mandatory walk-thru will be held on Friday December 5, 2025 @11 a.m.

All Requests for Information (RFI) for interpretations and/or clarifications to the Bid Documents and

Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Brendan Leddy at The Branford Public Schools,

email: bleddy@branfordschools.org. All RFI’s must be received by May 1, 2024 end of business day.

The last addenda, if required, will be issued in writing no later than Five (5) days prior to the Bid

Opening Date. May 8, 2024 will be the final day for issuing Addenda.

Bids will be received and accepted until 11:00 am. local time December 17, 2025 at the Branford

Public Schools Central Office, 185 Damascus Road, Branford, CT 06450. Bids received after the

time indicated above will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened

and read aloud approximately at 11:00am at the Branford Public Schools Central Office, Room to be

determined.

responsibility of each Bidder to make sure they have received and reviewed all Addenda prior to submitting

a bid.

Right to reject: The Town of Branford (Owner) reserve the right to accept or reject all or any part of a bid,

or to waive any informalities, irregularities, or technical defects in the Bids. The Owner may make any

investigations as they deem necessary to determine the responsibility, qualifications and ability of Bidder to

perform the work, and Bidders shall furnish the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the

Owner may require. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, without stating reasons therefore,

and to waive any informality in the bidding.
