Description of Work - The City of Holly Hill will be purchasing a Sandbagging Machine. The sandbagging machine must be capable of being operated by a two-person team. The machine should be durable and suitable for high volume use, including in emergency or disaster relief situations. The price for the sandbagging machine, including all necessary components, shipping and any additional fees not to exceed $65,000 dollars.
