Project Description: TCB25004730 | I-95 Welcome Center & Pump House
Rhode Island Contract No. 2025-CF-002, for the I95 Welcome Center & Pump Station Project. The work anticipated in this contract will include, but not limited to the renovations of the existing restrooms, replace existing flooring, new Guard Station, and associated infrastructure. Exterior renovations include the decommissioning of three (3) existing underground vaults, construction of a new above ground Pump House building accessible from grade replacement of the existing water well and equipment, associated underground utilities and other incidentals completed and accepted as necessary to complete the work of this contract.
