Description: The City of Monticello is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal of up to 234 private ash trees and up to 189 public boulevard ash trees, stump grinding, and 1:1 replanting under the 2026–2027 MNDNR ReLeaf Program. The selected contractor will also remain available through July 28, 2029, to perform additional removals, stump grinding, planting, and emergency response services at City-approved unit prices.
