Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of 2 (two) Utility Carts for the Golf Course i.e Yamaha, Club Car, Cushman. The successful bidder shall furnish features, which are regularly furnished as standards with these vehicles. The vehicles shall conform in strength, quality of material and workmanship to that provided by the best manufacturing and engineering practices of the industry and latest model available. The bidder shall represent by this bid that all equipment is new and unused. It is required that the units, as specified herein, shall be completely assembled, serviced and ready for operation. Any questions or clarifications must be submitted through IonWave by Monday, April 7 , 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. T he bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price and other factors considered. The City will make said determination. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
