Description: The City of San Leandro desires to solicit qualified proposals for design services to create a new concept design to restore Casa Peralta. The work will include creating a comprehensive assessment of the existing facility which will be used for justifying the work needed to bring the facility to its original condition with variances for compliance. The goal of the project is to ensure an abundance of assessments are done to ensure any restoration proposed can be accurately budgeted for.
