1.1 Executive Summary
The City of Hutto, a home-rule municipality is soliciting Competitive sealed proposals
from experienced and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and
equipment for the reconstruction and conversion of grass lined drainage channels into
rectangular concrete channels, new construction of a retaining wall, and modifications
to a concrete outlet structure of a detention pond.
The City of Hutto will consider proposals from business entities that demonstrate the
ability to complete the Project within the guidelines of this solicitation, following all
applicable federal, state, and local rules, laws, and regulations and the terms and
conditions contained in Exhibit B. Respondent must execute Exhibit A and complete
other items listed on the Submission Checklist to be considered for award.
