Project Description: Louisville Metro Government is seeking high-quality, full-service hotel accommodations for guests of the Mayor for the 152nd running of the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. The hotel shall be located in the Central Business District or within a 1/2 mile. The Central Business District’s borders are the Ohio River on the north, Broadway on the south, 9th St/ Roy Wilkins Blvd on the west and Interstate 65 on the east. The ideal hotel will provide a signature, unique Louisville experience for guests. The hotel property should provide a first-rate experience that offers a full-range of services and amenities that are unique to Louisville.
