  Sealed Bids will be received from 9am until 12 p.m., Monday, December 8th, 2025, at 1401 Lakeside Drive, 10th floor, Conference Room 1010, Oakland, California, at 12:30 pm on the same day, the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
  
  The visitor clearance form was emailed to all in attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting. Please be advised of the mandatory clearance process required for the site visit. Failure to complete any of the following steps will result in denial of entry, with no exceptions. Please note: Must hold valid California Contractor License appropriate to scope (General A and B both accepted)
