Project Description: General Construction:
Provide labor, materials, and equipment required for the removal of approximately 9,100 square feet of built up roofing (B.U.R.) roof system, modified bitumen roof system, EPDM roof system and related materials across the identified roof areas and installation of new tapered insulation assemblies and a fully adhered EPDM roof system and related materials as defined by the Construction Documents.
Painting:
Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to properly prepare surfaces for painting. Paint all fascia, soffit, columns/pillars, frieze, and exterior exposed roof decking defined by the Construction Documents.
