Scope of Services
The City of Altamonte Springs, Florida (the “City”) is seeking Proposals from experienced and well-qualified proposers/contractors to provide continuing construction services for individual projects valued at less than $750,000, in accordance with the scope of services described herein. Typical work may include, but is not limited to, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, concrete, masonry, roofing, small building construction, and water-damage restoration.
