Notes	The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Property Grounds Maintenance for the City's Forestry Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed bids, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, March 3, 2025. General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein. There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on February 20, 2025 at1:00 PM in the Main Level Conference room at City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road, Kirkwood, MO  63122. No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid. ALL QUESTIONS MUST GO THROUGH IONWAVE.  DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL WITH QUESTIONS.  THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED
