Project Description: The City of Norwalk is resoliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a new multi-use trail system at Two (2) separate locations as part of The State of Connecticut Capital Equipment for Parks & Rec. Urban Acts Grant DEEP Project DEPA00030 . The Budget for this project: $400,000 for the E. Rocks site, and $347,000 for the Lakewood Site. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
