Description

Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) process to
retain ONE (1) Contractor to provide Construction Services for the Health Center Bike Garage (the “Project”).

OSU is seeking Bids only from firms accepted into OSU’s Reserve Contract for Construction Related Services 2024-2030.
Firms not currently in the Reserve Program can apply for entry into the program by responding to the RFQ contained at the
following link: https://bid.oregonstate.edu/

OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS ELECTRONICALLY - Bids are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the
Due Date/Time.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT – A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit shall take place on March 2,
2026, at 10:00 AM PT with attendees meeting outside on the southside of the Health Center located at 850 SW 26th Street,
Corvallis, OR 97331. Parking and building location information can be found at http://www.oregonstate.edu .
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to
be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
