The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the PV788-FAC -122 Community Center - Facade restoration - Special Inspections project. The -122 Community Center - Facade Restoration Project consists of façade work on two primary facades, reconstruct brownstone trim, window surrounds and band courses.  On 1st Avenue, reconstruct entrance portico and slate roof, reset stone coping stones and flashing at parapet and plaza pavers at rooftop.  Correct rusted steel lintel conditions and reset window mullion beauty caps. Please see RFI form, special inspections memo, project specific agreement and bid set drawings.
