Aliso Viejo Parkway Pavement Rehabilitation Project Between

Enterprise and Aliso Creek Road

NOTICE INVITING BIDS

The City of Aliso Viejo (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the subject project at the

Aliso Viejo City Clerk’s Office located at Aliso Viejo City Hall, 12 Journey, Suite 100,

Aliso Viejo California, no later than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

The work includes the following: grinding existing asphalt pavement,

placing ARHM pavement with fibers, placing AC leveling course with fibers, curb

ramp and driveway improvements, thermoplastic striping and markings, traffic

control, and raising utility manholes, and utility valve covers.

The engineer’s estimate for this work is approximately $1,700,000.

The Contractor shall have forty (40) working days after the starting date specified in

the Notice to Proceed to complete the work.

Bidders may request the Contract Documents by contacting the office of the City

Engineer, Public Works Department at (949) 425-2530 or public-

works@AVCity.org. Electronic copies will be provided at no charge. A charge

of $35.00 will be required of any bidder who requests that the Contract Documents

be mailed.
