This solicitation is open to all interested vendors who provide the products/services mentioned in the RFP.

However, this solicitation will replace the following "Consulting, Contracted Services, Staff Development and Related" solicitations: 20-7367 AND 22-7423 .

Vendors awarded on solicitations 20-7367 and 22-7423 ( who meet the new scope of work ) MUST RESPOND to this solicitation for consideration of award.

This RFP will eventually replace the contract listed below. Although not required at this time, all vendors awarded on the below contract are highly encouraged to submit a proposal to this RFP ( if your company meets the new scope of work ).

This solicitation is a supplemental solicitation to #24-7474, #24-7491, and #25-7509. Vendors awarded on #24-7474, #24-7491, and #25-7509 do not need to respond to this solicitation as they are already awarded.
