NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AMBULANCE SERVICE FOR IZARD COUNTY, ARKANSAS
Izard County, Arkansas is soliciting sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified providers to furnish exclusive or non-exclusive emergency and non-emergency ambulance services for residents and visitors within Izard County, Arkansas.
The selected provider will be responsible for providing 24-hour emergency medical response, transport, and related emergency medical services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, including those established by the Arkansas Department of Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services.

Proposals will be due in the Judges Office no later than 3:00 p.m. on June 5, 2026 any proposals received after this deadline will not be considered. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the county. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted.
This request is issued pursuant to applicable Arkansas procurement and county contracting laws.
