Description: Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide an assessment of current audio-visual systems at the Hampstead Annex and design/ planning/installation for new audio and video equipment. Training must be provided and options for ongoing support/ maintenance should be included in proposals. A walk thru of the facility will be provided on December 2nd, 2024, at 10am. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses. Addendum 1 has been issued to extend the proposal due date, add an additional scope of analysis of the Board of Commissioners Chambers in Burgaw, provide an updated schedule and include 4 pages of floor plans of the Hampstead Annex (Appendix A).
