NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sebastian is accepting bids for 26-20-ITB - Fire Sprinkler System Inspection and Maintenance. The solicitation document outlining the scope of services is available from the City of Sebastian’s Euna Procurement Portal.

• A site visit will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 8:30 AM local time. We will meet in the City Hall Rotunda located at 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL 32958.
o Due to limited space, all interested contractors are limited to two (2) attendees at the site visits.
o NO additional site visits will be offered. This will be the only opportunity to view the sprinkler systems for each building.
• Questions are due on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 2:00 pm local time. All questions shall be directed to the City of Sebastian’s Euna Procurement Portal.
• Bids are due on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time
