Description: The City of Hays, Kansas is inviting sealed bids for one (1) new 41" tall X 7'3" wide double-sided Full Color LED message center for existing Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau sign. this shall also include two (2) new circle logo panels and four (4) new identification panels. All labor and materials are to be included as well as disposal of existing message center and sign panels. Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on March 4, 2025, in the City Commission Chambers.
