Listing Summary
The City of Fayetteville is accepting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of completing the Atlanta Regional Commission's (ARC) Livable Centers initiative (LCI) study for the Downtown Mixed- Use District Creative Placemaking Plan. The work to be accomplished is in support of the following Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) sub-element 902 CAS – Livable Centers Initiative Investment Policy Studies (LCI). All of the necessary services provided in this study will support LCI related programs and projects within the Downtown Mixed-Use District and codified within Chapter 200 Zoning and Land Use (Article 3 Mixed Use Districts) of the City of Fayetteville Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Proposals will be electronically accepted through the bidding portal accessed through the City of Fayetteville website. An additional electronic copy will be delivered to the Office of Finance & Administrative Services, located at 210 Stonewall Avenue W, Fayetteville, Georgia, 30214 until 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 8th, 2024, at which time, proposals will be opened and publicly read. The total cost of the Project is $200,000. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.

Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP will be posted on the website as an addendum. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the addendum will not be considered.
