Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. CST in Room 408, Fourth Floor Clocktower Conference Room, City Hall. It is strongly recommended that the contractor attends the pre-bid meeting, and/or visit the sites prior to bidding.

Description:	The project involves the construction of stormwater management practices, designated as practices, located at four (4) sites on or adjacent to Morningside University campus. The stormwater management practices consist of bioretention cells and bioinfiltration cells. Additional construction shall include excavation, grading, tree clearing, asphalt overlay, construction survey, mulching, seeding, and planting. Removal and replacement of storm sewer intakes, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and pavement are included along with other incidentals.
