Bids received via email or facsimile transmission will be considered non-responsive. Bids must be complete and in U.S. dollars. See instructions and conditions enclosed herein.IMPORTANT: Work associated with this ITB is funded in part by funds from the Federal Transit Administration(FTA) an operating administration of the United States Department of Transportation and ARRC.
