Project Description: The Jefferson County Clerk’s Office (“County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Employee Benefits Broker and Consulting Services in accordance with KRS 424.260 and applicable laws and regulations.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify a qualified firm to provide professional consulting and brokerage services related to employee health and welfare benefit programs for County employees and eligible dependents. Award shall be made to the Offeror whose proposal is determined to provide the best overall value to the County based upon qualifications, experience, technical approach, and cost.
