The Operator Certification Tracking System solution is a role-based web application that would allow for the management of the entire operator certificate issuance process, including training and facility management. The web application is built on a Microsoft tech stack that can be hosted in a State environment or in our Azure Cloud environment. The Operator Certification Tracking System solution includes, but is not limited to: Directory Implementation Support and Maintenance Software Maintenance will be required yearly as long as the system is live.
