This bid is for the furnishing and delivery of the stated wastewater treatment chemical Bioxide or
approved equal. Bid specification package may be examined/obtained by prospective bidders in
person between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at office of the Township Clerk, or by calling them at
(732) 656-4573 until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for the opening of Bids. Each
proposal must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check
or Bid Bond, at the Bidder's discretion, in the amount of $500 payable to the Township of
Monroe, New Jersey. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any
informality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.
17:27 et seq. By order of the Mayor and Council of the Township of Monroe, Middlesex County,
