Bid specification package may be examined/obtained by prospective bidders inperson between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at office of the Township Clerk, or by calling them at(732) 656-4573 until forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time set for the opening of Bids. Eachproposal must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Checkor Bid Bond, at the Bidder's discretion, in the amount of $500 payable to the Township ofMonroe, New Jersey. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive anyinformality, or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township.Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq.
