This project includes the cold milling and asphalt pavement overlay of the following areas in the downtown vicinity:

• 5 ^th Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to Chicago St
• 6 ^th Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to Arthur
• 7 ^th Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to Blaine St
• Kimball Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to UPRR Tracks
• 9 ^th Avenue – Cleveland Blvd to UPRR Tracks
• Arthur St – Kimball Ave to 10 ^th Ave
• Main St – Kimball Ave to 10 ^th Ave

All areas include associated traffic control, asphalt patching, adjustment of various utility covers to grade and pavement markings.
