Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM EST: February 11, 2026 by:

At which time the Bid responses will be publically opened and read. IFB documents and specifications will be available beginning on January 26, 2026 in person at the Office of Procurement or through the City’s website; www.springfield-ma.gov during normal business hours for no charge.
The City of Springfield, through its Department of Parks, Buildings & Recreation Management – Facilities Division is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide Vehicle/Fleet Equipment as requested by the City. The purpose of this IFB is to meet the Vehicle/Fleet Equipment needs of all City of Springfield entities.
The intent of this IFB is to result in a contract that will enable the City of Springfield to meet its needs to purchase Vehicle/Fleet Equipment, and associated accessories as needed for the contract term. The term of the Contract shall be for Three (3) Years. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 per year.
Proposers must submit written questions to the Office of Procurement (ad’angelo@springfieldcityhall.com) no later than February 3, 2026 at 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
