Summary

The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide labor, equipment, materials and performance of operation in connection with annual HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services at various Lea County Facilities . Award will be for a Multi-Term contract .

Background

Lea County owns and operates numerous locations throughout the County. Work for this project will include locations both inside and outside the City of Lovington, City of Hobbs, Maljamar, Monument, Knowles, Caprock, and Tatum. A complete list of buildings and locations can be found in the Attachment Section of this RFP.
