Description: CALL FOR BIDS “CR Portable X-ray System with image Panels” TOMMY FORD SHERIFF OF BAY COUNTY November 8, 2024 Bid proposal will be received by Tommy Ford Sheriff of Bay County, Florida until 3:00 P. M. Friday, November 8, 2024 for furnishing and delivering F. O. B. Panama City, Florida the following type of equipment pertaining thereto: Portable X-ray System with image Panels Copies of the specification Requirements for this bid may be obtained at the office of Lieutenant John Corley Support Services Division, 3421 North Highway 77 Panama City, Florida 32405. Each bid package shall be addressed to Tommy Ford, Sheriff of Bay County, and clearly marked “CR X-ray System with image panels” with the name and address of the bidder placed in a prominent place on the bid package. Bids should be transmitted by registered mail, returned receipt requested, or delivered in person to Lieutenant John Corley, 3421 N. Hwy 77 Panama City, Florida 32405 Bids will be open and read at the Sheriff’s Office at the aforesaid time and date. All bids shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date during which time the Sheriff will make his decision as to the bid award.
