Clarification on entity information:

Insane Impact LLC. Cage (7Z6G6) was absorbed by Musco Sports Lighting LLC. Cage (0A9T7) within the past 12 months. The GSA Contract #47QMCA23D0005 that will be utilized for this acquisition will remain the same.

This Notice of Intent will be extended to Friday, Spetember 11th 2026, @1700 CST

AFSC/PZIOB on behalf of the 72nd ABW Outdoor Recreation organization, intends to issue an award to INsane Impact LLC. for a Max Mod Platform TV Trailer as listed in the provided salient characteristics located in the attachments.

The Government has determined that Insane Impact LLC. is the only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisify agency requirements.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. Responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, if received within seven calendar days after the date of this publication of this notice. The Government will consider all information received by the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice of intent.

The information provided herein is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Government has not made a committment to procure any services discussed and should not be construed and commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
