Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative (CHEC), hereby gives notice to prospective bidders that proposals will be received by Booth & Associates, LLC on behalf of Cape Hatteras Electric Cooperative, until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 for:
