Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:

The scope of work to be performed is the replacement of the existing tunnel washer and cube washer with three new cube washers, replacing two existing single bay decontamination sinks with four new triple bay decontamination sinks including water and compressed air connections, and installation of an air compressor located on the third floor. Work also includes patching to match existing adjacent finishes where needed. The existing walls, ceilings, lighting, floors and finishes will remain as is when possible.

The project will be executed in a total of six phases. Existing walls, ceilings, lighting, floors and finishes shall be maintained as is unless it’s required for modification due to Project Work. Contractor shall provide patching to match existing adjacent finishes where needed.
