Description: Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services consisting of; multi use fields, structures, courts, sports lighting, irrigation system, well and pump and finish landscaping for 2 new multi-purpose fields, 6 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 4 pickleball courts, and a bathroom/picnic shelter. The construction service will involve executing the provided plans/drawings and specifications to achieve the primary goal of this project - to provide the citizens of Eastern Pender County with a much needed expansion of multi-sport fields and courts for citizens to enjoy.  Contractors must submit a detailed proposal per Articles 1-22 of the provided Bid Set for Construction and any additional enclosures.
