The St. Johns River Water Management District headquarters (DHQ) is located at 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177, which includes four major office buildings, a laboratory building, facilities, fleet and shop compound. The proposed project includes full renovation of the three restrooms near the lobby of the Administration building (“Admin East”) bathrooms. The lobby restrooms were fully renovated 20+ years ago and are showing significant signs of wear and tear, which includes cracked floor tiles, rusty fixtures and mildew. The anticipated project completion date is April 30, 2025.

The estimated project budget is $125,000.
