Description: City of Norcross Department of Public Works INVITATION TO BIDCIPP RELININGITB PW 25-06 OVERVIEW: The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for cured-in-place-pipe relining for several locations. The project intends to address 3,454 linear feet of storm pipes that need repair in the City of Norcross and will extend the life of the storm pipes and culvert. All work must be completed in 90 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards. INSTRUCTIONS: The BID package should be clearly marked “ITB PW 25-06 – CIPP RELINING” on its face and submitted by 12:00p.m. on February 28, 2025, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to: City of Norcross – Public Works 345 Lively Avenue Norcross, GA 30071 Attn: Charlene Marsh, Capital Projects Manager Both printed and electronic copies must contain the same information. A Q&A addendum will be posted within a week. An optional, but highly recommended pre-bid meeting with a site visit will take place on February 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Public Works department located at 345 Lively Avenue Norcross GA 30071. BIDS will be opened and publicly read at 12:05 p.m. on February 28, 2025, at the address noted above. No BID will be received or accepted after the above specified date and time. Submissions received after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the firm. No BID may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the BID opening.
