The Purpose of this addendum is to announce the new January 28 date for the non-mandatory

pre-bid conference and to address questions related to the RFP received via email by January

27, 2026.

The non-mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for January 26 has been rescheduled to

Wednesday, January 28 at 11 AM. Please email Kethu Manokaran at

kmanokaran@providenceri.gov for the link to join the call.

Question: How should staff and administrative costs be categorized?

Staff costs are for and should include costs incurred for all program staff (whether they work

directly with youth or in an administrative role) and administrative costs are for general operating

expenses.
