The Cecil County Local Homelessness Coalition is seeking expressions of interest from organizations, faith-based institutions, property owners, and community partners that may be able to provide building space to serve as a temporary emergency shelter during extreme weather events for individuals experiencing homelessness in Cecil County.

Please note: This request is strictly for a suitable location/space. The interested party will not be responsible for staffing, operations, or program management. All staffing and shelter operations will be coordinated by the Cecil County Local Homelessness Coalition and partners.
