Project Description: The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) requires construction services utilizing a CMAR project delivery method for a multi-floor renovation project in the Healthy Communities Building (HCB) on the ANTHC Campus at 3900 Ambassador Drive, Anchorage, Alaska. The project intent is to relocate the ANMC Cardiology Department to the 2nd Floor of HCB, relocate the Walk-in Clinic from 3rd floor HCB to 1st floor HCB and renovate the Mediset Pharmacy area on the 1st floor to accommodate the addition of a second robot.
