Project Description: The Toho Water Authority ("Toho") is soliciting sealed competitive bids from licensed, experienced Contractors to perform traffic maintenance services at various locations throughout the Toho service area, which includes Osceola County and parts of Orange and Polk Counties. This bid will result in a multi-year contract. The bid prices shall include all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, apparatus, transportation, mileage, and required insurance necessary to complete the work in accordance with the specifications herein.
