DescriptionThis requirement is for placement of detained offenders in Residential Treatment programs for approximately 30 days per initial referral authorization, where the Contractor will provide residential substance use disorder treatment services. A solicitation is anticipated to be issued by July 22, 2026. The forthcoming solicitation will identify all requirements for submitting a response. CSOSA contemplates an award with firm-fixed unit prices and estimated quantities for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. No other information than that included in this presolicitation notice is available at this time.
