Project Description: The City of Vancouver intends to award a sole source to ESO Solutions to be used to continue supplying the electronic medical care charting and reporting system utilized by Vancouver Fire. ESO is the electronic medical care charting and reporting system utilized by Vancouver Fire, all fire agencies in Clark County, and the Private Ambulance Service.
