Summary

Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary for conducting an all-inclusive monthly and annual preventive maintenance service for a total of five (5) elevators: two (2) KONE passenger elevators and two (2) KONE freight elevators located at the St. Petersburg Police Department (SPPD) Headquarters building and one (1) KONE passenger elevator located at the SPPD Parking Garage.
