Scope of Services
The City of Oviedo is seeking qualified firms to perform the East Magnolia Street Crossing Over Sweetwater Creek project as per the City’s specifications. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing pipes at the East Magnolia Street crossing of Sweetwater Creek and the repair of erosion on the south portion of the roadway. The project is located approximately 800 feet east of State 434 along East Magnolia Street.
**** There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 2:30PM at City Hall, located at 400 Alexandria Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32725. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend. ****
