Sealed Bids for the construction of the Kroger Gravity Trunk Main Upgrades will be received by City of Warner Robins in the Purchasing Office until 2:00 pm local time on October 24th 2024 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project consists of the installation of approximately 9,342 linear feet of 24” sanitary sewer, 1,533 linear feet of 18” sanitary sewer, 80 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer, the removal and replacement of approximately 1082 linear feet of road and driveway asphalt, the removal and replacement of 245 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, the installation of 50 new sanitary sewer manholes, and the removal and/or abandonment of a similar quantity of existing sanitary sewer and manholes.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Ardurra Group, Inc., ATTN; Dan Huggins, PE, 4000 Faber Place Drive, Suite 330, North Charleston, SC 29405. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00am until 3:00 pm.
Bidding Documents also may be examined at the City of Warner Robins Purchasing Office located at 700 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA 31093, during regular scheduled business hours.
Bidding Documents may be viewed and downloaded for no cost by registering with the City’s IonWave bidding system at https://wrga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Printed bidding documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $300 per set. Payment is non-refundable.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:30 am local time on October 10th 2024 in the Carolyn Robbins Conference Room, City Hall Complex, 700 Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
