The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed responses for Comprehensive Tutoring Program for Elementary Schools . Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Friday, November 7, 2025 . The DeKalb County Human Services Department (HSD), through its Office of Youth Services (OYS) and the Office of Partnerships and External Affairs (OPEA), is seeking qualified vendors to implement a comprehensive tutoring program to support student academic achievement in six (6) DeKalb County elementary schools.
