Summary

The Real Estate Division of the Finance Department is seeking qualified Contractors to provide acquisition, relocation, and related real estate services. These services include project and case management necessary for acquiring and managing real property on behalf of the City of Phoenix.

Background

The Division supports various City departments—including Water Services, Street Transportation, Fire, Neighborhood Services, Parks and Recreation, Public Transit, and Aviation in all matters related to real property transactions, management, and research. Responsibilities include acquiring real property for City projects, managing relocations, clearing sites, and providing due diligence, research, leasing, disposition, and property management services.
